I / We as parents/guardians of the student applicant, who is a non-Catholic, fully understand that St. Scholastica's College Manila is a Catholic Institution, thus, it is our choice to entrust our child's education in the school even if we belong to another religion.

Notes

The ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS will be submitted in hard copy to the Registrar’s Office.
Please present the original copy of the documents to the School Registrar on your campus visit.
A PHP 2,000.00 One-Time Application Fee will be added to your enrollment assessment fee.
For School of Law Applicants with unavailable documents on hand, may submit instead an 'Undertaking for SOL Applicants with Incomplete Requirements' form to admissions-schooloflaw@sanbeda-alabang.edu.ph
