*The School of Law applicants with incomplete document/s may accomplish the “Undertaking for SOL Applicants with Incomplete Requirements” form of the Registrar’s Office (downloadable). The accomplished form should be emailed to admissions-schooloflaw@sanbeda-alabang.edu.ph
Filipino Studying Abroad or in a Foreign School

- Student Academic and Discipline Appraisal form (downloadable)
- Documents with an English translation and duly authenticated (“Consularization” or “Red-Ribbon” or “Apostilled”)
- Certificate of Year level completed (with school’s dry seal) or Certificate of Graduation
- Transcript of Records (complete education history) with corresponding numerical equivalence or interpretation, and school’s dry seal (Photocopy and Original).
Foreign Applicants
- Copy of Passport
- Report Card
- Catholic Baptismal Certificate or Agreement for Non-Catholic (downloadable)
- 2x2 ID Picture (red background)

- Tertiary applicants are exempt from Step 2, as a PHP 2,000.00 one-time application fee will be included in their enrollment assessment.
- Step 2 applies exclusively to applicants for the School of Law and graduate programs.
